Credit Where Credit is Due.

I recently decided I wanted to retire in Florida at present I live in UK and need to be in a dry warm place as a skin condition I have. I looked in to all ways to immigrate to the United States but because of my age and most visas I would not qualify for I decided the best way is through a program call EB-5 investment program. This EB-5 program allows to to invest a min of $500,000 to 1 million US dollars in either a direct business or what is called a regional centre which puts your investment to build projects and hire the right amount of people for that program. So I did my due diligence and decided to go with a regional centre in the central Florida I wired the money to the parties involved and then I got some USCIS documents to fill out and I did and mail them in along with the other documentation they had given me. In about six weeks I got a letter from the USCIS service center saying I qualify for a I-551 card or Green Card. The letter did say that it would take about six to eight months to finish the conditional permanent resident card well in the seventh month I get given a visa number and a letter saying my application would be sent to the USA Consulate in London, UK which it was. Anyway by this time I was confused and needed help filing in the consulate paperwork and booking a time for my interview I called the people at Goldberg USA Business Investment Consulting and they introduced Mr. Seth Ben-Archer who went over all the questions I had and US consulate paperwork. He told me to fill in the paperwork and fax them the copies and they would fill in all the documents need for the US Consulate interview, in less than three days they had scanned all the documents and told me to sign them and mail them back to the USA Consulate in London which I did. In one week I got a letter from the USA Consulate to appear for an interview for my green card first I needed to get a physical check up and fill in a online document before the date of my interview.

Well I was upset again and called Seth at Goldberg USA and he arranged the Doctors appointment with a US Consulate approved doctor. Seth also filled in the online document and sent it in to the department responsible. I thank him and went to me appointment he told me to take all my documents that they had given me to the interview. I went and arrived there a little early which is a good thing as there was a long line up and at 6.00 am in the morning was something I was not expecting. Needless to say I was interviews and he asked me for all me documents and bank transfer of the $500,000 I sent the regional centre and the interview lasted 30 minutes and he looked at me and said you will get a letter in the mail with the US Consulate decision I was approved for the Green Card and would receive it in two weeks I called Seth and the rest of the people at Goldberg USA Business Investment Consultants and thank Seth and all his team I could not do it if they had not been there for me.
