Yes, it is possible to get an EB-5 visa through real estate development, provided that your investment creates at least 10 full- time jobs for US workers.

There are 2 types of EB-5 investments: direct investments and regional center investments.

Assuming that you will be going forward with a direct investment, you may be wondering whether the jobs of construction workers will count toward the job creation requirement. In order for construction jobs to count, they must last for at least two years.
