How do I move to USA with a startup business idea and get myself secured with a H1-B visa or L1 visa or EB5 visa or EB6 visa (startup visa) with that startup?

There is no EB-6 Visa, and H-1B will require an employer to hire your for a speciality occupation (so not good for a start-up).

For EB-5, L-1 or even E-2, you will need to have some money to invest with to start (in addition to other things). Each of these programs is very complicated and will require at least one full consultation with a Business Immigration Attorney.

It is not how H1B or L1 work. They are a different category of visas. Start up visas will be issued for individuals who are ready to invest at least $100,000 as a sole owner or as a partner of a startup. More than idea it is the money that you’d bring into this country that would fetch a visa for you.
